Hi. I’m Traci.
I’m a Project Manager.
As the saying goes, “you can never be sure what’s in the pickle barrel until you get the lid offin’ it.” The same is true of projects. No project ever turns out exactly the way you planned for it. Scope creep, unplanned changes, limited resources, dropped balls, and other road blocks can lead to plenty of bang your head against the wall and scream in your pillow moments. So when it’s critical that your projects come in on time and under budget, experience counts!
As an experienced project manager, you can count on me to blend both the science and art of project management. The science being about managing things – methodology, schedules, and tasks; while the art is about managing people – performance gaps, personality conflicts, or even hidden agendas.
My favorite parts of the job are the ones that allow me to work closely with sponsors, end users, and other stakeholders. And I am especially skilled at leading projects that require significant change management and user adoption strategies.
I’m a Human Capital Evangelist.

I’m an Analyst.
Have you ever noticed that ‘anal’ (as in anal retentive) makes up the first four letters of Analyst?
While it’s usually not a good thing to be seen as overly obsessive control freaks, the reality is that all good analysts know that the devil is in the details. In other words, it’s our job as analysts to be ‘anal’ about data, facts and specifics.
But our true value is in our ability to turn those details into actionable insights, recommendations, process maps, reports, or even cool infographics. As a crucial component of the business execution model, we are often called up to provide business intelligence to help shape strategy. Then once that strategy has been decided, we’re called on once again to provide the details to make it happen.
Analysts come in many varieties, but my personal experience has been in business analysis and data analysis:
